Radisson Blu Metropol Hotel, Helsingborg

Nice hotel, secure underground parking, loads of breakfast options, but evening meal options lacking but plenty of restaurants nearby. Bar was decent, usual hotel pricing.nnHad a superior room and it was pretty basic. Might look elsewhere next time.

Fantastic location for us...Klara offered a very lovely and warm smile and was very welcoming, it was highly appreciated! Professional service from the beginning. Shops, restaurants & supermarkets are literally 1-2 Mins walk from hotel. On our travels recommended to stay again. Thanks Radisson!

We had a very good stay and we regret not booking extra nights! The Front Desk employees were very polite and professional, room was clean and location was awesome! The city itself is beautiful, very kind people, amazing architecture! We will definitely come back again.nnThe only negative thing to mention is the surcharge for a child’s breakfast. We are the VIP level members and stayed for nearly 80 nights at various Radisson hotels throughout Europe in the last 1.5 years and we were never asked for pay for breakfast for our 8 year old would not be a problem to pay but he hardly ever eats anything and drinks only water. We paid but it was unexpected, I guess this location has their own Family Policy and they don’t follow the main Radisson hotels rules. We are in Copenhagen at the moment and they didn’t charge us for his breakfast.

Upon arrival at the hotel it turned out that the price does not include the breakfast. Then, for some reason the receptionist gave us a different room than the one we booked. The room overlooks an internal conference hall plus the rooms opposite. The window could be opened. The room was airless and the smell of the drain could be felt in the bathroom. There was no fridge in the room. The bed is quite small. The breakfast is chaotic, there was no place to sit in the cramped restaurant. Overall not convinced enough to stay here again.

My wife and our child stayed at Radisson for 2 nights, and the service we received from Niklas was exceptional. I have stayed in 5-star hotels and have not received as good service as Niklas provided us. If I ever own a hotel, or for any hotel owners looking for a highly professional and kind person, Niklas is the one. Thank you for making our stay very comfortable.
