Radisson Blu Metropol Hotel, Helsingborg

I had a great stay here after a late business night. Called in advance regarding late check-in which was a non-issue - front desk manned 24/7. Great room, quiet, clean and spacious. Great breakfast though coffe machine location was a slight mystery. Location is good but for me a bit of a walk; not their fault though.nOverall, great impression - will stay there again if the need arises!

Mediocre stay, the only window in our room was facing a meeting room. So 0 privacy, even though no meetings were held, you can still see through the room from the corridor the window was facing.nnThe staff was nice and efficient. We didn’t ask to change our room, since we stayed for only 2 nights.nnBut I don’t recommend this hotel, for a little more money you can get one of those hotels that have a nice sea view!

We’ve came here for our wedding weekend and we’re very happy with our stay! Most of all because I got sick the day of arrival and had to stay in the hotel room for most of our stay! The beds were so comfortable and thanks to the quiet room I was able to get some good rest! Also staying there with our baby was a delight! The bedding that we got for him was wonderful and better than what we are used to!

Visited the hotel with my sambo,son and parents in-law , we all had a very good time, the service was amazing, beds were very comfortable, Breakfast with many different alternatives and you could even make your own waffles!nHave to highlight mr. Javier from the restaurant who served us for two dinners with an excellent service, and the guy who is the host on the breakfast as well!:

There was a persistent electricity issue during my stay in Room 609. The circuit breaker was loose, causing the power to cut out multiple times over my three-day stay. I reported this to reception, and I was informed that the room already had a known issue.nnI find it disappointing that I was assigned a room with such a problem, especially after paying the full amount. Guests should be provided with rooms that are fully functional and comfortable. It was quite frustrating to experience repeated power outages throughout my stay.nnI would kindly request that, in the future, all rooms are properly checked and maintained before being allocated to guests.
