Clarion Hotel® & Congress Sea U

The property is very nice. The rooftop bar was an excellent retreat after a long travel day. The room was adequate in size, but it was extremely awkward in layout. We booked a family room for two adults and one child with the child requiring a sofa bed or armchair bed. The hotel was kind enough to makeup the armchair bed before our arrival, which was very nice. However, the armchair bed was positioned directly against the double bed. It was not ideal at all. Fortunately, we were only passing through and had only booked for a single night. The view from the roof was oustanding!

The hotel was clean, unique, and beautiful, with a direct view of the sea. The reception staff were incredibly kind. The breakfast was varied, healthy, and wonderful. We spent truly special and warm moments there.In addition to the rooftop bar, which offered a breathtaking view of the beach.

It was disappointing to discover that access to the pool requires an additional fee. It would be far more convenient to include this fee in the booking; it isn't much.nnWe only became aware of the extra charge when we were about to use the pool, as this was not communicated either at the time of booking or upon arrival.nnPool booked, but unfortunately, this felt like an unnecessary inconvenience and left a negative impression.

Super nice hotel. We were given a really nice room with an amazing view and the staff was super friendly. Many thanks to emma who took great care of us . Will be back for sure!

We booked this hotel because of the pool and paid about 800Skr. more than other hotels with same standard. When we came we were told that the pool was closed and had been for some time, and it we could not use it during our stay. If only they would update their web but they don’t! It was the same with the rooftopbar and restaurant.nSo if you dont’ need a pool you can pick another hotel, and if you wan’t a place with pool - good luck!!
