Clarion Hotel® & Congress Sea U

Great hotel with nice facilities and amazing location!nNear the water and near bars and restaurants.nBreakfest buffet was among the best I've had, with both healthy and traditional eats.nnThe rooms were not that big, that was the only minus.

Hosting a conference at this location with no regrets! The rooms are spacious and clean, soft pillows, well equipped bathrooms and a fun vibe. I found the drinks at the bar to be a bit pricey but it was all round great. The hotel is very well situated with the central station, port and several restaurants all around.

SFAI Congress. Could not fault the place. Sparklingly clean, friendly staff, easy access, wonderful conference facilities, great IT. Food for Congress was of very high standard for mass catering. Only disappointment was rooftop bar closing so early. Maybe local laws. Lovely stay. Mistake to sleep with window open when local bin men arrived at 6am...

One of the newer additions to Strawberry’s hotel chain. Excellently placed in the Helsingborg harbor, with views of the Öresund strait.nnThe hotel is nice. Room was clean, pretty spacious, and the balcony was nice. Not that I got to use it though. Weather wasn’t great.nnThere’s a rooftop bar here as well. Not very high, but still has great views. Again, weather is an important part. And the same goes for the nice pool area.nnBreakfast was above average. While the food is what you’d expect, it was smartly laid out and seemed really fresh.nnService was a bit lacking. I’ve stayed at several of the chain’s hotels recently and this was by far the slowest. And also least friendly. Not that anyone was unprofessional, but it wasn’t as upbeat as most other Strawberry hotels.nnWorth mentioning is that the parking garage offers a bunch of charging spaces for electric cars.

bad service!! 23/08-2024 at 4 pm I came with my work clothes to the hotel to book a room and the reception acted bad and arrogant. she scanned my clothes from up and down and gave me a bad look.the receptionist took my id card twice and acted weird. she treated me like I was a criminal and I told her I can call the police to identity my identification. she gave me a higher price for the room because of my work clothes which wasn’t class. the situation affected me personally and psychologically. I don’t recommend the hotel because of the reception’s behaviour.
