Clarion Hotel® & Congress Sea U

Double bed is more like 1.5 bed, use of tiny pool is charged per hour and you get bath robes but no slippers. I've never stayed at a hotel with a pool that didn't offer slippers to guests. Parking is too expensive. Regretted this booking as soon as we checked in.

Firstly, I must commend the ambiance and location of the rooms, which were quite pleasant. However, I regret to inform you that my experience with the service was far from satisfactory.nnOne particular issue was the early closure of the bar, which inconvenienced us greatly. Additionally, it seemed that the staff may not have been accustomed to dealing with guests from larger cities, as there was a noticeable gap in understanding and service delivery.nnAnother point of concern was the abrupt dismissal from the pool area without any explanation. Despite our inquiries, we were not provided with a reason for this action, which left us feeling quite perplexed.nnFurthermore, there was a lack of information regarding the pool on the TV system, making it difficult for guests to navigate the facilities effectively.

All you need, business orientated and missing some character. On the other hand, great food, great breakfast and services available. I had a nice room with 2 small balconies overlooking the ocean to Denmark

I was there for a conference so I cannot rate rooms. However, I can rate service and venue for a bigger gathering. And as such it is great. Superb located. Just 5 minutes walking distance from the train station, 2 minutes from a town hall. Service was great- on time, smiled, helpful and in some way invisible when they should like so. What I didn't enjoy it was food. Both for lunch and diner it was so-so and lunch portion were too small. Secondly, there wasn't tables too eat it being seated.

Warning. Must pay extra to access the pool and the rooftop bar. Also, parking is sek300 per day
