Hotel 1622

Visited for business trip. Reception closes 8 PM however had the key in box - OK. Opens 8 AM, too late for business trip check out. The breakfast buffet is stated open from 8 AM however was open after 7 AM - OK. I missed the classic continental breakfast with eggs, bacon etc. however found out it was a order dish - OK.nnThe room was very up to date and modern feel.nnWould not recommend for business trip however would visit for romantic getaway with partner and try the spa area.nnClose to the beach with nice scenery and swimming in the sea opportunity.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed at hotel 1622 for one night. We had 3 hours in the spa on the day of arrival, a 3 course meal in the Thai restaurant, and breakfast the next morning. Everything was incredible. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The building itself is old and beautifully renovated inside. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The pool and spa was clean and made for a very relaxing time. I had possibly the best Thai red curry I have ever had for dinner. The breakfast buffet was plentiful with a great omelette station. We really couldn't recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely be back again !

We had a wonderful experience. The room was very modern, nice, clean, comfortable, and spacious, providing a very pleasant stay. The service was exceptionally friendly, making me feel welcome throughout our visit. Our stay included breakfast with a variety of delicious and healthy food choices. There are two restaurants attached to the hotel, Restaurang Tegel and Crazy Thai Tegel. The Thai restaurant served authentic and flavorful dishes. The location is peaceful and close to a nice park and beach, perfect for relaxing walks and enjoying nature. There’s a kiosk at the park providing desserts and snacks. There were lifeguards on duty near the pier on the beach. The hotel included a spa, which we didn’t utilize. Our first visit to Rydenback; will visit again.

Great place. Very clean. Good spa.nnFor owners: please add one more sign inside of the sauna “take shower after sauna, before using the pool”. I was expecting the Swedes are better with sauna culture and hygiene.

The Hotel is in a very beautiful area, close to the beach. The rooms, the restaurant and the spa are in very good condition I would say. The massage was a 10 and also the service in the reception.nThe reason why I am putting 3 stars out of 5 is because I do value service a lot even more If I am spending 2700 kr for the room and 2000 kr in the spa in one day- today, 7th of July 2024, when we came for breakfast, I asked the waitress if they could please warm up my coffee with milk, because the milk was cold as it usually is.nShe told me she was gonna check it in the kitchen and she did, she came back to me and just said: no unfortunately we can’t - and left without saying why or anything else. I was in shock to be honest- such a simple thing to ask and a regular question I would say in a restaurant
