Elite Hotel Marina Plaza

We stayed for one night and the experience was mixed.nnThe room itself was fine—clean and comfortable—and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. However, one important detail that surprised us was the parking fee. We paid around 1000 SEK for the stay, which initially seemed like a great deal, but then had to pay an additional 300 SEK for parking. This made the stay feel less affordable overall.

It’s a nice hotel but needs a little more care on finishing touches in the room. Cover up holes in bathroom. Spacious room with mini bar and complimentary tea and coffee. The breakfast buffet was lovely but queues as the food layout design means everyone starts from one end. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Indoor courtyard is lovely.

A negative experience unfortunatel. I was asked to pay upon check-in and had to show proof that I had already paid. It felt uncomfortable that they seemed suspicious when I explained that the payment had been made.nAt check-out, instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding on their end, they AGAIN wanted to confirm that I had in fact paid.nIf your system does not clearly show completed payments, there should at least be a way to verify them without making guests feel distrusted – especially when they provide proof of payment.nnI stayed in a room on the second floor facing the inner courtyard on a Friday night. I REALLY wish there had been a warning at the time of booking. There were loud and increasingly intoxicated guests in the pub below, and the last ones did not leave until 1:15 AM. I would never stay here again.

I got a chance to join a meeting, it was in conference room. It was really nice 360 view to the city
