Excellent service from the beginning to the end.nWe’ve arrived to Kiruna 4 hours thanks to the train VY. The agent took us on the phone several times to assure us that the car will be waiting for us. Once there the office was closed but thanks to a mobile phone number on the door, the agent came to service us one minute later. We booked an SUV Volvo XC40 and we’ve had a brand new one Even upgraded to XC60. The agent offered to change the drop-off of the car to the train station so it was easier for us.nnService excellent.nCar excellent.nnThanks a lot

Unreliable. Tried to book online in advance. Got cancelled after 2 days twice, in the meantime prices doubled ...

Cars are shown online but when you try to book them, it says they have to confirm if they are available. After a few hours they send an email that theyre not. Okay, but why they are even shown on the website then?

Their website shown there is car available, then once you booked, there isn’t any confirmation on the availability of the car. We reached Kiruna Train Station expecting to pick up car, but turn out no one is there and we call their hotline after 30 minutes waiting in the cold yes they don’t have office at Kiruna Train Station, and their staff said our booking was cancelled due to car availability and there was an email sent to us to inform us.nnWe never receive any email from them saying car rental was cancelled.nnYou have been warn.
