Smygehus Havsbad

Great location by the water and only an hour drive from Copenhagen. Friendly service. The rooms are very large and our room was a small cottage with both ground floor and 1st floor. 2 toilets and 4 beds. Rooms are a bit outdated, but clean and big.

Good things: Great food not the Sunday brunch though - not worth the money. Most of the crew are really nice and attentive. Great location right by the seannBad stuff: We had to stay at the Holiday houses all the rooms at the hotel was occupied and it was NOT to hotel standards- very old and not maintained. Clean though. Spa was okay, but lack different saunas and some basic coziness- I would not call it a spa, but maybe a wellness area. The outside terrace the best view in the hotel is in really bad shape- broken and very worn furniture, dead plants and staff that keep you waiting if they come at all.

Wonderful place that I can highly recommend. Both with and without kids. There are a few details that could be improved regarding rooms and service, but when comparing price with the experience, it's an amazing experience for the price.

It was very clean. Employees were really helpful. I had such a nice time.
