Nice and warm hotel , with very kind and helpful staff . Especially receptionist Anna S. was very cervical for resolve any problem.nThe hotel has perfect location , calm and same time centric. Breakfast was good , dinner basic but tasty . We will back .

One of my favourite hotels to stay at. The rooms are brilliant, the service is stellar, and the included breakfast/fika/evening meals are amazing. I will always try to stay at this hotel when staying in Malmö or around Sweden. Cannot recommend it enough!

Friendly staff at a good hotel with a central location. Rooms are basic and tired looking but with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was fine but lack of seating, especially when 1 or 2 people sit at tables for 4!!! If you're vegetarian don't bother with the food. The Vegetarian alternatives are truly bad and lack any skill or imagination from the kitchen. The pasta dish ran out and was replaced with a plate of broccoli. The warm bread was a nice welcome in the morning for breakfast. Overall, nice & friendly staff, good location, fair price, but not great food.

Will never stay again.nnI have stayed here plenty of times and it’s been great, previously.nnI booked this room and looked forward to a cozy, relaxing stay.nnBut I got a dark room with a flickering light and holes in the curtain. The room was so cold I had to sleep with two duvets, two sweaters and warm socks. In the morning, I was going to have a shower, but there was no hot water.nnInstead, I went for breakfast where they were renovating and drilling constantly in the kitchen so I got really stressed while eating.nnI told the reception about all of the above and I was in tears and they gave me a key to another room so I could take a warm shower. They said they had a water leak in the morning and that they apologized for the inconvenience.nnAn apology was not sufficient compensation for this awful experience.

The hotel is really great! The rooms are nice and big. They even have a sauna and a small gym in the hotel which are included in the price! A great breakfast with many options also for vegetarians, a fika two different cakes and coffee and a dinner are also included. For dinner you should not expect a big selection but you have a few options. They have one main dish Dill meat with carrot, beetroot and boiled potato in our case. My boyfriend really liked it. Besides that they had a corn soup and different salads some included meat but others were vegetarian. They also had bread with butter and cream cheese. Since I am vegetarian they even made a special soup for me some kind of Thai soup. The staff was very nice! We also used the parking garage which is small and narrow but with a normal smaller car it wasn’t a problem to get in. We really enjoyed our night here and recommend the hotel.
