A major disappointment.nnThe lobby looked promising and gives the impression of atleast a three star hotel, but once you get up to the rooms, this façade falls apart.nnI know I booked a windowless room, so I wasn’t shocked by the lack of light but the lack of basic items like hand soap and shower gel/body wash was unacceptable. It is like the room was not prepared in advance.nnWhen I noticed that there was no shower gel I asked reception and they l said they would take care of it, but nothing happened. Additionally, I found it strange that there was no phone in the room either, so you’re left with no way to ask for help. It seemed almost intentional.nnWhat bothered me most, however, was the hygiene: the top sheet seemed clean, but the bed skirt had strange stains on them and looked like it has never been washed. On top of that, there were exposed sprinklers in the ceiling, which I found unsettling and gave the room an unfinished feel.nnThe room itself felt bare and claustrophobic, more like a cheap motel than a hotel, and far below what I expect.nnI do not recommend this hotel. My hope is that they immediately review their cleaning standards, basic amenities, and guest service and that the rooms are properly finished in a way that feels safe and reassuring.

Great location for the centre of town. Within walking distance of all things in the centre of Malmo. Rooms were small, but comfortable and clean. Reception was welcoming and friendly on our arrival. Breakfast had plenty of food choices and was worth having before going out to explore.

Nice hotel, clean room and comfy bed. Breakfast was good. The location was perfect, right in the center of the shopping district. I went in early December so the Christmas village was set up and walkable distance.

Hotel is a great place close or even next to the city center. The service was outstanding and very friendly. Breakfast was greatly prepared and served.nAnd for 1 person a small romm is more than enough. Room was super clean and welcomming

Pros:n- Basic room in the heart of the city.n- Lots of choices for the paid breakfast.nnCons:n- The bathroom was a real biohazard with the risk of getting infected. Poop stains on the toiled and the sink, walls and the glasses on the sink were full of blood.n- When mentioning the cleanliness issues to the reception we didn't get more than sorry.
