Best Western Plus Park City Lund

This is very much a business hotel on the outskirts of Lund. The room is comfortable although it was a little cold winter was rather cold this year. The small table is one which you can do laptop work.nThe breakfast had a reasonable selection although not extensive. It is busy from 6.30am with workers.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the door I felt like a special guests and Alexandra recepcionist and specialy Vikte waitress made these few days amazing. Many thanks kindness and making surprises for my little son. We really appreciate it.

Absolutely the worst customer service I ever have encountered.nUnfriendly greeting, women behind the disk seemed irritated when I asked for a room.nOne room category was sold out and absolutely no help to find another room and she seemed more and more irritated by every question I asked.nnEnded up just leaving for another hotel.nI will never book my stay at this hotel if that is the standard for their customer service.nnI wish this still was a Radisson Blu, their customer service was out of Best Westerns league.

Excellent hotel, good breakfast. Unfortunately, when we arrived with two bikes, we were unable to store them in our room. We had to put them in a room that was supposedly locked at all times. However, the next day, we passed by the room and noticed that it was wide open and left unattended. This is unacceptable, especially with bikes costing several thousand dollars.
