Best Western Plus Hotel Noble House

Stayed for Eurovision and glad to have picked the perfect spot. Deluxe rooms on the top floor were very comfy, clean and had plenty of space. Shower pressure was the only thing that could be improved. We loved the cuddly dogs left in the room and couldn't go home without one!nnStaff were friendly and welcoming. Good bar service, great drinks menu and evening food available. Breakfast was delicious, especially enjoyed the make your own waffle bar.nnReally well located, quiet from the room but outside was a great atmosphere and a short walk to a busy restaurant/bar square. Easy to get to the train station or hop on a bus.

Very average hotel in a great location. We had a superior room which was fine, but the doors are not very soundproof and second floor rooms did not feel private as windows were in ground level with the yard. Breakfast was buffet style with regular offerings. Lounge felt more like a hostel than a hotel - budget vibe.nnThey did not offer upgrade, welcome gift, restaurant voucher or any other announced benefits when we arrived as Rewards Diamond.

Stayed here for Eurovision. Overall a good hotel, but some improvements could make it a great hotel.nnPros:nGreat location, on a side street in the centre of Malmo. Bars, shops and restaurants on your doorstep: best was Gustav Adolf restaurant 5 min away, real authentic scandi food. 10 min walk from main train station.nQuiet location too, one Irish bar next door but didn’t hear anything from it.nStaff relatively friendlynVery comfy beds, powerful shower, good facilities.nBreakfast fresh with a wife choicennCons:nWe were staying for Eurovision, and apparently, so were a lot of Tiktok influencers/creators. Large portions of the hotel’s conference and lounge areas downstairs were cordoned off for their use. We found the majority of Tiktok associated guests rude and entitled, pushing in front for lifts, being loud around reception etc. There were also large minibuses outside all the time for them, often blocking the exit completely with their crowds and movement. The hotel should take into account that there are other guests in the hotel and ensure that their presence does not affect the rest of the guests.nAircon in the room did not work at all, and the room became very hot very quickly.nShower floor tiles slipperynMost TV channels didn’t work: Sky News etc.nStingey with the milks and tea/coffee in the room, not enough and not replenished well. Housekeeping also leaving used mugs in the room which should’ve been replacednnPlease make improvements!

Had booked my stay at this hotel with high expectations about its quality and service, only to be deeply disappointed.nThe room temparature was flunctuating so much over the night that I almost had a heart attack from the amount of heat produced. I have asked several times for a thinner blanket for the bed, but was totally ignored by the staff.nAlso, one day a fire alarm was ringing a couple of times during the morning which got me panicked of a fire. However, it proved to be a test for which I was never notified.nThe chip inserts for the elevators had constant malfunctions and cpuld not use the elevator easily.nBreakfast quality was ranging from day to day. Overall not being anything special.nIt is located at the center of the city which was convenient.nWill probably try to find an offer for another hotel next time.

Stayed for a couple of days to travel to Copenhagen from here. The staff is really friendly, the location is perfect as it’s really close to the main central station.
