Best Western and hotel Linköping

Here on my husband's business. Lovely hotel. Small room, a good excuse to sit in the large lounge. Super comfortable beds. If I could have gotten past time change it would have been even better! The hotel was close to good food. Breakfast was included. I particularly loved sparkling water on tap!

Perfect place for the price. Breakfast was good, I love the dedicated gluten free toaster and bread, it's a nice touch, unseen in other hotels. The mirror in the ensuite bathroom has a clever inset fog-free, magnifying mirror.nParking in the basement wasn't too expensive.

The only positive thing about the hotel was that it was located near the city center and other parts of Linköping.nnThe rooms were small , i noticed that there was no lock on the bathroom door, and the bathroom itself was see-through. The bed was too small for two people. We were here to celebrate my father’s birthday, but the stay was disappointing because of the accommodation.nnUnfortunately, the service at the hotel was terrible, and I will not be returning. The only positive thing I can mention is a big thank you to the night receptionists Polo and Joakim, who helped me resolve all the issues during the nights we stayed there! Thank you for your efforts.nnWe stayed here this summer and forgot to leave a review then. I really hope you take the criticism seriously, especially regarding how disorganized the staff was and how you communicate with each other. And please, avoid openly discussing your personal lives – that’s not something we guests need to hear. Focus on your guests instead, as you really ignored several people coming in and out of the hotel!

Small but comfortable rooms. Great for a night or two. Breakfast buffet is very good!

Hi! I was at the hotel with my wife. Everything was ok until we wanted to check out... 5am in the morning we waited in the reception to check out becuase we needed the receipt, no one was there. We waited 20 minutes and we almost missed the taxi. We went around in the hotel looking for the staff. The receptionist was busy making breakfast for the guests in the kitchen.. is this normal that your receptionists cooking food for the breakfast? This made us angry because the receptionists should stay in the reception and help us when we need them not cooking food! This is absolutely outrages Best western!
