The service was poor.  The lady said breakfast was from 6 am, so we woke up just in time for the ferry and missed it.nnSloppy service and checkin.  Otherwise good Swedish standards.

An overall nice stay at a good location, just outside the city walls. Very friendly and accommodating staff and a pretty great breakfast. Rooms seem nice, too, but beware of very soft and wiggly beds! Price is a bit high due to the location, and might not truly reflect the quality of the establishment itself.

Nice hotel. Attentive staff providing good services. I got much needed new batteries for the TV remote and we were provided with unbreallas when needed. Also the reception gave us brown paper bags to pack our breakfasts since we had an early ferry back to the mainland. One light bulb in room 207 had died. Not a new hotel and not a cheap hotel.  And you can't beat the location.

My stay was wonderful! The room was clean and cosy. I also had the best view! The stuff was very polite and helpful with all matters. The breakfast is amazing! So much choices! I can only recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel, it has a wonderful breakfast. The appealing part of the hotel was the proximity to the walled city in visby. I didn't have to drive in on the narrow cobbled streets. Free parking, and a literal stones throw from the old wall.
