There wasn't much not to like! Full of amenities and ways to enjoy your stay, there was plenty to like about staying at the hotel, from mini-golf, to a pool, sauna, hot tub, bike rentals, full breakfast, and more!nnThe only thing that bothered me was the comfort of the beds, there were a bit stiff for my liking.
No Aircon which is a problem in the summer, end of. Rooms are more like an apartment. All you need.nnBar/reception finish at 10pm but if you need service you can just about work out the Swedish only phone message button pressing to finally get through to someone who remotely setup a new room key for me.nBreakfast has loads to choose from.nnA little bit too far to walk I think into the old town square areas but taxis are ok.
They need to improve their breakfast, it was better during my previous visits but has gotten worse.
Nice hotel with two pools one in the garden, one at the roof top bar.nReally good breakfast they have crepes. Last day we missed breakfast because we had to leave early. Staff gave us bags with a good selection of breakfast stuff.nNormally they clean every third day, but you can tell them if you need the maid to clean more often. I think that's great.nThe people working there were all really nice and helpful.nI recommend this hotel
Outstanding service minded staff in this hotel, which very unusual for Sweden.nAmazing breakfast, easy check in and check out, comfortable rooms, perfect for families, good location close to ferry terminal, free big parking, new well equipped kitchen in the room with all needed utensils.nAny issues solved by staff very quickly.
