Thank you Mike for booking my room for me last night. Because of you, I was able to have a good night sleep. Mike is the best! He is ready to go above and beyond to help a customer feels comfortable and welcome. His infectious smile and good conversations will help you feel at ease. A fresh room in the basement without windows, but there is zero ventilation and more than 30 degrees. Really glad I only had to spend one night here. Complaint about the unbearable heat in the room in the reception and they promised to put a fan in the room, ended up walking the streets of Stockholm for a few hours while keeping the door open. Fortunately the reception was open 24/7 and in the end I got a fan. Slept minimally. Do not book the cheap rooms without windows during the summer months. The hotel should install better ventilation and not charge for these unbearable rooms.nnGot some fresh air before going to bed by opening an emergency exit and placing a fan in the corridor. But would gladly have paid twice or four times the price of the room for staying in a “normal” room stay clear
This hotel is great. The rooms are fabulous and they clean the rooms for you every day. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. There’s a breakfast buffet at the hotel but it’s not great. They only serve healthy foods not normal breakfast food.

Thought the breakfast room was a little cramped; it was very satisfying with offerings that catered to various tastes. The rooms are understated, but boast a commendable level of cleanliness. Located near a shopping center and the metro with 2 stops to Central Stockholm. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, biscuits, and fruits - an inviting touch.nnA standout among the staff is Mike at reception, whose exceptional customer service exudes the warmth one might expect from a family-owned establishment. Throughout my interactions, his professional and personalized attention left a lasting impression, ensuring that guests feel not just welcomed, but genuinely cared for throughout their stay.
Great vacation stay! Close to the center and easy access to transports. The hotel and rooms are clean, the place is very quiet and the breakfast is amazing. I want to give a special thanks to Erik and Mike for their help and service. Definitely recommend the hotel.
