Could live without the shower curtain sticking to my body. Paid Booking for an upgrade, didn't get one.nVery good breakfast, nice beds.nClose to good restaurants and convenient store.nSomeone had a short circuit mentally when placing the water boiler...had to place it on the floor since the cord didn't reach.

Nice hotel in the middle of Stockholm.  Good breakfast with gluten free options. Mike checked us in with some helpful advice on dairy and gluten free options for restaurants around the town. Overall a pleasant stay the beds were comfy and the room was tidy.

He is ready to go above and beyond to help a customer feels comfortable and welcome. His infectious smile and good conversations will help you feel at ease. I really enjoyed my time here, and would have stayed longer, but the dynamic pricing made that impossible, since the price went up.nClean rooms, quiet neighborhood, easy access to the museums and public transport, fast WiFI, good shower, EXCELLENT breakfast and friendly staff. I've put it on my list of places I'm willing to come back to, and there aren't that many that make that list.

A fresh room in the basement without windows, but there is zero ventilation and more than 30 degrees. Really glad I only had to spend one night here. Complaint about the unbearable heat in the room in the reception and they promised to put a fan in the room, ended up walking the streets of Stockholm for a few hours while keeping the door open. Fortunately the reception was open 24/7 and in the end I got a fan. Slept minimally. Do not book the cheap rooms without windows during the summer months. The hotel should install better ventilation and not charge for these unbearable rooms.nnGot some fresh air before going to bed by opening an emergency exit and placing a fan in the corridor. But would gladly have paid twice or four times the price of the room for staying in a “normal” room stay clear
