Elite Hotel Arcadia Stockholm

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days for a business trip. Since I had to visit the University the location was great, however I think it's also pretty well connected to the city centre that I actually reached walking, so I must give 5 stars for the location. As for the room, it was perfect, clean, super quiet, provided with everything you might need. However I'd like to give a 5 PLUS to the receptionists David and Kashaf who are kind, friendly, efficient, helpful and ready to help you for whatever you need. I had a nice chat with David from which I learned also a lot about the Swedish history. I could also enjoy the gym and the sauna and it was great! I will definitely come back here next time I visit the town.

Pleasant surprise.nnThis hotel is a bit far away from the city centre, however, there is a metro station very close to it around 700m.nnGood service, comfortable bed and mattress, and the bathroom is very modern.nnAs for breakfast, there was an interesting selection of items available.nnCompletely recommended if you want a smooth experience as well as saving some money in Stockholm.

The room is not bad, the toilet was a bit small and it looks like a toilet from a caravan. The breakfast needed more options. A bit costly for what it is.

All in all, perhaps not the best hotel, but still a very good choice.nThe 5 stars are mainly for one reason. I would like to thank the receptionist named Kashaf! She did a perfect job and was really great. She was friendly, nice and we really enjoyed our stay a lot because of her.nShe deserves a raise ;

Worn-out hotel. Too hot in the rooms and the radiator can’t be adjusted. They ask for full payment upfront but still make you queue for check-out.
