We needed to change rooms to one with a walk in shower, this was no problem . Receptionist Clara even went up to the room to double check before checking us in! Meals at the bar were delivered quickly, once again great service. The hotel is in a quiet area but within walking distance of most sites.

The spread is generous, well-organized, and packed with enough options to satisfy early birds, late risers, and everyone still half asleep.nnFresh, tasty, and comforting in the best Scandinavian way, it’s the kind of breakfast that makes you linger a bit longer, consider a second coffee or third, and briefly forget all your plans for the day.nnIf every morning started like this, alarms would be a lot less painful.
Staff is friendly. Checkin was quick. Hood location in Stockholm center. Nice hotel. Room size and equipment is good. Beds comfortable. Big bathroom. Quite environment.nBreakfast offered lot's of choices. Bar is really nice and cosy. Will come back, when in Stockholm next time.
The location of the hotel is excellent, with a nice view, and the breakfast is decent. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful, which we appreciated.nnHowever, our stay in a family room was disappointing. The room was extremely cold, especially the bathroom. The floor was by far the coldest we have ever experienced, making it very uncomfortable to walk on and unpleasant to shower.nnIn addition, the room had not been properly cleaned. We found dirt both in the bathroom and in the room itself, and the cups provided in the room still had coffee residue from previous guests.nnOverall, while the hotel benefits from a great location and kind reception staff, the condition and comfort of the family room significantly detracted from the experience.
I’ve spend a lot nights here, and alot other places, but this is Stockholms best breakfast and the staff is always kind and professional ! Always a perfect stay
