My family returned from a stay at this hotel a couple weeks ago and it has stuck with us what a good experience we had. We picked it mostly for the location - close to sights and transport with a park across the street for our 6yo to play in. It lived up to our expectations and then some.nnWhat was a pleasant surprise was just how kind the service was. Every member of staff we interacted with was warm and welcoming, and helpful when our trip was sidelined by health and injury trouble. The breakfast buffet was excellent overall, but if you ask my son, the watermelon had healing powers.
I thought in my 15 years of business travel I’ve seen everything, but this places beats it all - the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. 12m2 basement room with no window and no normal bed; renovation works going 50cm away at 7:30am outside of promised renovation hours. Truly impressively disgusted. Location is good, btw, and staff friendly too.
We needed to change rooms to one with a walk in shower, this was no problem . Receptionist Clara even went up to the room to double check before checking us in! Meals at the bar were delivered quickly, once again great service. The hotel is in a quiet area but within walking distance of most sites.
I’ve spend a lot nights here, and alot other places, but this is Stockholms best breakfast and the staff is always kind and professional ! Always a perfect stay
Staff is friendly. Checkin was quick. Hood location in Stockholm center. Nice hotel. Room size and equipment is good. Beds comfortable. Big bathroom. Quite environment.nBreakfast offered lot's of choices. Bar is really nice and cosy. Will come back, when in Stockholm next time.
