This is not a hotel worth paying 710 euros a night for. The room is tiny and the bathroom is ridiculously small, just 2 square meters. The shower is in the middle of the bathroom, taking up more than half the space and getting the rest of the floor wet. 700 euros a night deserves larger rooms and bathrooms, and a level of service that we didn't receive during our stay.
Very nice rooms.nProfessional and kind service staff.nReally good location.nnSmall parking garage - do not bring a too big of a car. I had a medium sized SUV and found a good parking spot just next to the door entrance to the hotel. If all spots are full, it is very difficult to maneuver your car.
Great forthcoming service, amazing gym, better than most regular fitness studios I’ve seen. Great restaurant to boot.nnHad to book an additional night due to travel complications and it was a breeze to figure out with the reception personnel how to best get it done and was able to stay in my room.nnOnly small issue that some might care about: the lights in the room cannot be centrally controlled from the bed - you’ll have to walk around to turn lights on/off.
The rooms were spotless and very well maintained. We did feel a bit cold at first, but the staff quickly provided a heater and it warmed up nicely in no time, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of options, including fresh vitamin shots. The hotel’s location was also excellent, making everything very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend it.
Was the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel.nFirst of all, we got bitten by BED BUGS the first night we came here and found out at midnight when we were sleeping. We have dealt with bed bugs before, so we knew how easily can bed bugs jump onto our clothes and follow us home. We were super STRESSED. Luckily we caught one bed bug and have thus proof. We got down and asked for a change of room, the receptionist did everything quickly but he said he is just a short term employee, and we should wait to explain everything to the morning receptionist. Ok, fine.nWe were still very scared that we would get bed bugs again, because NONE of the rooms we got was CLEANED PROPERLY. I can still find hairs on our beds and blankets even before we sit on them!!!! We asked the hotel to clean the new room and change bedsheets once again in the morning, and was about to explain our distress about bed bugs to the morning receptionist. The second we opened our mouth, the guy said:»Åhh i know i know, sorry for that, sorry sorry» with insincere expression.nJUST PLAIN SORRY, he did not even asked how we were, were we got bitten, did we get to sleep. NOTHING! Worst customer service I have ever experienced i a while. We did not even get to explain or show him the bed bugs so the hotel could call pest controll and help because bed bugs may spread all over that floor. He just sorry to shoved us away. Did not offer any discount or voucher as compensation for the EXTREME DISCOMFORT we experienced during our stay here. AWFUL!!!nPlease everyone, DO NOT STAY HERE AND IF YOU DO, NOT ROOM 325!nPlus, as many other have reviewed: the bed was terrible, bad quality, hurts our back. And the breakfast? Can’t believed I paid extra for this, bad variant of salmon, the egg omelett tastes nothing, and bread as hard as stone . Has it not been for location and we only stayed for 3 nights during Easter so its more difficult to book anywhere else, we would ran away since day 1.
