Prices were absolute ripoff when making the reservation on the night of stay, even for a standard room. This is a 70-90€ hotel range in quality-to-price in Stockholm NOT 180-200!! Only one of the four staff members I encountered had manners and was pleasant to communicate with. Room itself  was cozy, modern and had good noise resistance despite the construction work around the hotel area. Note that the breakfast is around 20€ and spa 150€, they are additinal services  not included in the normal prices.

I’ve stayed at many Scandic hotels across Sweden and Denmark, but this one truly stood out because of the staff. Everyone we met was exceptionally kind and welcoming — far beyond what I expected. They really made our stay special.

We had a pleasant stay at Scandic — the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was fine. However, the service at the restaurant was disappointing. The staff seemed unfriendly and not very attentive, which made our dining experience uncomfortable. It’s a shame, because the food itself was good. Better training and attitude from the restaurant staff would make a big difference.

Great Hotel chain and new building recently fitted out. Excellent and polite service, with fantastic selection for breakfast catering for everyone. Rooms are wonderful and the 17th floor skyward has a beautiful aspect looking out across the sea. Excellent stay

Imagine 0 degrees celcius without heating! No ac and the thermostat was  turning off all the time because they made it to work that way! Also, no radiator at all in the bathroom. It was a shock every time I was getting a shower.nLocation is awful but this is something that I knew. The only good in that hotel was the breakfast.
