Location was great for a family, room was wonderful. Reception supervisor together with booking.com fixed an issue for us but unfortunately no smiles and in the end made sure to say he did not have to help at all. Was a bit of a downer and obviously it tainted what could have been 5 out of 5 stay.
Rooms are okay and quite however its lacking room service. The room in which we stayed had a broken lock on bathroom and despite highlighting nothing was done. There is a charge for replacing towels. The bathroom had underfloor heating but towel rail didn't and the shower cubicle was quite small too. Kitchen had basic equipment and crockery for two people and it had a dishwasher too but only x2 washing tablets were provided for a 3 day stay which means you need to clean by hand which is not an issue but atleast mention this clearly. Its around 30 minutes away from central terminal with few bus routes running till late but if you decide to take a taxi then be prepared to pay more around 300-350SEK
Good Size of the Appartments for 3 people extra bed to be requested. Only 2 small windows in the kitchen. Rudimentary kitchen equipment. Third chair was provided on request quickly. Kind and friendly team. Parking Garage is creepy and kind of rotten. Rooms need a some rework.
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for 4 nights and were very impressed by what we got for the price. We found all staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety which was constantly replenished as well as scrambled eggs and bacon as hot options The apartment has a very good sized balcony and there was plenty of room in open plan area. Everything was supplied in the kitchen, including dishwasher tablets and kitchen roll! As for transport, there was bus stop right outside the block which takes you into the centre within 20 minutes or so. An excellent choice all round. Loved it.
Stay in this hotel was a pleasure. Clean, spacious rooms. Additional beds so you don't have to sleep on the couch. Really nice and helpful staff, 24/7 reception.n+/- 30 min walk to the city either to the Gamla Stan or Vasa/Skansen Museum, but we enjoyed the walk green areas, safe. If you want to spare some time, there is a well-organized public transport that you can use.nReally good value for money!
