Best Western Plaza Hotel

Good quality-price ratio.nnGym has wide range of equipment and breakfast is good.nnHotel rooms are worn out, but ok - likely hot during summertime. The soundproofing to the street could be better.nnNot the fanciest hotel, but for example, hotel restaurant was good.

The hotel has a central location and is not expensive, which is great, but it was also not clean, which is a bother, including trash on the floor of the room and creepy crawlies in the bathroom. We were offered a drink and a snack as compensation, which feels a little hollow. We will not be returning.

The hotel, the room, the service and the food was absolutely amazing, the only downside is the parking onsite is quite difficult, there is another option to park in the main street at the front of the property but I didn't think that it was safe to do so, that's not enough to take any stars away from the hotel because it is a very nice hotel in a great central location and thee most amazing staff and also price wise it was unmatched.nThank you to the kind staff

I've stayed at this hotel over six times due to organizational bookings, but the experience has been consistently disappointing. The floors reek of sewage, the nighttime ventilation noise is unbearable, and the staff's conflicting responses and indifferent treatment make it feel like they're running the place poorly. They charge for the sauna, even though it's a basic amenity in cheaper hotels. The manager seems disconnected or oblivious to the issues, as their name is invoked whenever problems arise.

Room... very old fashion, noise level not acceptable!nSleeping well means a Kind of silence is needed.nIn this hotel from the 70s the elevators generate a steady well noticable noise ... could not relaxe. Rooms with numbers > x10 highly recommended!nElse the 70s Style is present in every corner.nBathroom with the classic brown Style...nRooms were clean, WiFi stable.
