Hotel Arkad AB

The room was extremely small and very bad quality, dirty, walls and doors are collapsing already, toilet is very poor cleaned and has mold in many places. A lot of noise from inside and outside…nWhen I made the comment to the receptionist about the rooms quality the answer was.. that is what we have and you pay for… the cost is similar to any other main hotel and they don’t offer such bad rooms.nThey offer the option to prepare a coffee/tea on the room but they give one paper mug for that and some of the coffee instant bags where even openednNever going there again

Stayed. 2 nights at Hotel Arkad. The location is good just a few short minutes from the travel center. The staff was fantastic, friendly, professional and accommodating. The food was also good and reasonably priced, and a good breakfast is included. There is also a small rather nice outdoor seating area to enjoy a beverage free coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7 or a bit to eat, if the weather permits it.nnThe few minor details I had was that the bathroom decoration was a bit dated, and felt like a public bathroom at a rest stop. It was clean though. And the second issue was that the windows are not soundproofed so there was a lot of noise from the road outside and surrounding area. Not too many channels to watch on the TV basic Swedish channel package, however with free WiFi it wasn't really an issue.nnWould I stay here again? Yes, for shorter stays.

The room was basic while decent. Enough to sleep in, but no to spend the entire day.nGreat breakfast with many options.

Amazing sweet hotel close to everything, friendly staff nice cozy rooms.
