Comfort Hotel Eskilstuna

The hotel is officially rated as a three-star hotel, but in my opinion it deserves a slightly higher rating. The location is excellent and very convenient, which makes the stay much more pleasant. In terms of location alone, it could easily be considered close to a four-star level.nnThe breakfast buffet is decent and satisfactory, with a reasonable variety.nnHowever, there is a real issue with parking. Finding a parking space can be difficult, and this is something the hotel should try to improve.nnOverall, it is a good three-star hotel with a very strong location, but parking could definitely be better.

Really amazing hotel. Rooms are large, quiet, clean. It has laundry room, a gym, great breakfast, and an Abba pinball machine

If asked to explain this hotel in one word, it would be functional. Things work, but that's about it and even then, not always as you might expect.nnThis hotel is rapidly approaching the limit of how long its decor and equipment can last. The furnishings are worn and things like desk chairs that have already broken have been replaced with stackable chairs from the conference area. Functional but not special.nnGood points. Great views if you are water side. Very friendly staff that take care of problems efficiently and in a friendly manner.nn.

We were really impressed with the service. Friendly and met with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is the shower head seemed a little outdated and out of place like it was a replacement.nBreakfast did its job and offered gluten free alternatives.nThe location can't be better and would recommend friends to stay here.

Very friendly service but rooms could have been cleaner. Also the nice view to the river was accompanied by about 30 thick spiders hanging in the window.
