To be avoided at all costs.nnNo room heating and the receptionist that was trying to convince me I am not able to use a thermostat and that I should have used an electric heater on a carpet floor with no risk together with a pair of extra blankets, unbelievable.nnWe had been downgraded to another room as it was supposed to be hot, but it was not at all minimum temperature less than 18 degrees so I got cold and sneezing as an additional service...nnIn the morning I asked to be moved again in a hot room, but when I went back in the afternoon, nothing had happened, moreover, the room had not been done yet.nnAfter another strong complaint, we had been moved again in another room with broken heating, and as soon as we went out of the hotel for dinner, someone called us to rearrange a refund if we were leaving the hotel.nnAt 7:00 pm we had to find another hotel for the stay.nnRidiculous experience and unprofessional behaviour from receptionist to management.nnTo be avoided at all costs.

Perfect hotel for a business trip.nRooms are standard, spotless, quite modern.nI had a very nice view on the lake from a 6th floor.nBreakfast is great.nStaff is very helpful.

I have stayed in lots of hotels in Sweden, and this by far was the best in every category: service, breakfast, cleanness, and how comfortable the room and bed was. I am extremely impressed!

Location of the hotel is relatively central and best to a train station.nRooms are big enough, clean, comfortable bed and a nice shower.nThe bar has some good beer and a few food options. Breakfast was really good and available from around 6:30am.nThe hotel has some parking spots you can book through them. The rest is public paid parking.nFew rows paid until 6 PM and the rest o is paid 24/7. Be Vergil where exactly you park your car and look for the signs and don't forget to pay otherwise you'll get a ticket really quickly!

Amazing hotel and amazing staff. I stayed at the comfort hotel for 3 weeks on a business trip. The facilities are everything I required for my stay, they even offer self service laundry which was pleasing due to my long stay. Rooms are a great size, beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are spotless on arrival. The food and service at the hotel is exceptional, amazing breakfasts and good bar food offered. The staff are amazing and display a high level of customer service. The likes of Alba, Sebastian, Micheala and Alex really provided great company and comfort during my stay. It became a home away from home with their company. I can't say enough good things about them or the hotel, it was a fantastic. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to the city on business. It provides a great location and everything above.
