Honestly bad. Service of reception is bad.nThere is no heater in rooms, it is negative temperatures outside. Beds do not smell like clean sheets. Not again thanks!nReception staff were very rude.nBeds are weird.. the mattress is a little topper nothing else. Not great. 0 from me. Beds stink

I stayed at Elite Hotel Eskilstuna in June 2023. I was fortunate to get quite a large room, it was very spacious - my colleague’s room was quite small so ask when you book! The staff is great - really kind and helpful and always available to answer questions. The bed was large and comfortable and the bath is modern. Amenities are available. There is an elevator on the premises. The location is super, you’re just a few steps away from some great restaurants and bars see my other reviews. The price/value ratio was very good and I recommend joining the Elite Club - it costs nothing and it may make the difference between a smaller or larger room. The minibar is well-stocked with many beverages. I did not have much of a view from my room, but all in all it was a very pleasant stay. Parking available on premises for a charge in the garage. Gym & sauna facilities also available. The breakfast buffet is great - something for everyone and many choices of fresh fruit.

Solid, nice hotel at the bank of the river. Extremely bad location right next to the weekend party street - hellish noise, impossible to sleep unless you book a room with no windows, or a room from another hotel. Good breakfast.

5 stars is not enough for this hotel, its probably the best thing in Eskilstuna.First impression was the lovely Saga on front desk who could not go out of her way to help me and every other guest on a busy day and being alone on reception. She was a true professional.nThe room was outstanding for the price I've stayed at the Clarion collection in Etuna and the difference is night and day.nWe ate at the grill bar in the Hotel and was super impressed by the food and the quality of it...top marks to the kitchen. Todd our waiter was a true merit to the Hotel kind calm and efficient with a great sense of humour.nBreakfast was the Highlight incredible selection and always stocked up ... Thankyou to Majver for the extra mile you went to to fix me my fried eggs, plus your bacon is the best Hotel bacon in Sweden.nAlready booked a return Visit, the locals are a intresting bunch so feel free to say hello to them.nThankyou Malin and your amazing team .

You can hear music from the nightclub in the room.nIf you’re traveling with a stroller you should know that there are stairs to the family room so you need to carry the stroller each time.nUnderstaffed and breakfast tables where dirty and sticky. Felt like eating at McDonald’s. Two spots for charging an EV and they’re always busy. Parking is a hassle unless you magically get one of the few spots outside the hotel. Facilities where not clean. Toilets where missing toilet paper.nnQuite underwhelming experience overall. On the plus side, staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and location is excellent.
