Häringe Castle

Am old villa for aristocrat families, very well preserved, very well maintained. The interior is cozy with a royal touch. We were able to peek in for free and indulge the atmosphere almost in all premises, including the dinner cellar which was also impressive. The villa has also a big outdoor pool. In front of it there is a nice pond with different kinds of ducks which was very cute. We visited on a weekday and were the only visitors which i liked.

Don't go there for the restaurant. Too few staff.nnTook 30 minutes to get 2 beers and a coke. 2 before.nSame with the food, took 3 hours for the food. Starter, mains and dessert.nnThe food could need another level as well. Very inconsistent quality and cooking.nKids got dessert, was a joke. Ice-cream on a spoon... it was one bite.nnThe rooms isn't placed in the castle. So you know.nnOtherwise the place was nice. It's a castle.

Food and service were amazing! Everybody was very kind and nice, and the quality of food was great. We had a great time in this historic castle! Rooms could be better for the money you are paying but overall everything was great!

The premises are historical and beautiful, but the place is run down. I can't even imagine how expensive it must be to keep a place like this running in all its glory.nnHotel staff were friendly, but service was poor due to an apparent lack of management. Staff was nice but lacking consistency and professionalism.nnLunch was mediocre with an understaffed bar. Dinner was excellent but slow, with service errors. Post-dinner drinks were unavailable at the upstairs bar, frustrating guests.nnDespite the staff's efforts, management seemed absent. Premises were noticeably dirty, with litter and broken bottles scattered around. Overall, the hotel appeared poorly maintained and managed.

Restaurant service was quite slow and the food wasn't that impressive but otherwise a really nice hotel, especially in the summer when you can swim in the unheated pool to cool down
