Hotel Blue Flower

Stayed one night for business. Easy access from the bus station, wonderful view over the harbour and accommodating staff. Clean and well furnished room, not overfilled with unnecessary furniture or decorations but very tasteful Scandinavian decor.nFor a small beautiful harbour area, it had plenty of excellent choices of restaurants. The hotel restaurant had a small selection of high quality well prepared dishes.nIf you're in this area and looking for that something extra, I highly recommend this hotel.

We spent the weekend at the hotel from Friday to Sunday, two nights. Me, my wife, our child, and the dog.nnThe first night we all slept poorly and started coughing and sneezing.nWe spent the next day outdoors and felt fine again.nnThe second night, we all had severe reactions, coughing, trouble breathing.nClearly an allergic reaction to the dust in the room.nnWhen checking out, we gave our feedback directly to the manager.nNo apology, just a list of explanations:nn- It is a dog room, so they are more dusty.n- It is an older room, not yet renovated.n- A construction worker stayed there the week before and maybe brought in dust.nnWe have stayed in many dog rooms before. They are not always spotless, sure.nBut never in such terrible condition that we all got such reactions.nnAnd the reaction of the manager to our report, just terrible.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and unfortunately, it was not worth the 10,000 Cronos I paid. The room was extremely cramped, barely accommodating two people comfortably. To make matters worse, the bathroom light couldn’t be turned off, which disrupted our rest. The breakfast was also disappointing, lacking variety and quality. Overall, it seems this hotel is more focused on hosting conferences for companies than providing a satisfying experience for individual guests. I wouldn’t recommend it for a leisurely stay.

Fantastic Food & Atmosphere ! Great service. A must drop in when you are at Gustavsberg. Check out the apple pie!!
