Hardly deserves one star.nThe whole area is under construction. It’s basically a build site.nRooms are awful. Looks like nothing has been renovated since the 80s.nIt all has a Cold War east Germany feel to it.nnThe spa is tiny. And the outdoor pool was frequented by a flock of geese!! Disgusting!nnFood was ok. But the staff is… I don’t know. It looks like they haven’t got a clue.nSome of the younger summer staff? is actually trying. But seem to have no training.nnThe music that was playing in the dining are was simply horrible.nnDon’t waste your money here. Chose some of the other establishments near by. This is not worth the money.

Went there for a Spa day with lunch in May.nService for the lunch was terribly slow, it took one hour to get a salad. Hence, our spa time was reduced by more than an half hour, which is very annoying when the spa day is 3h00 long.nThe spa itself was nice, relaxing and the staff was really welcoming.nThe area around the spa is terrible, work everywhere, makes it very difficult to enjoy the view. I wish this was announced before booking for full transparency.

As an avid spa goer I was eager to test this spa. Great and beautiful location and facilities! However, the sauna did smell overwhelmingly of old feet so I sadly had to skip it. The service was not great to say the least. I think the whole hotel is managed by people who’d rather not be there. Shame.nnThe restaurant had an off day over lunch and we all had to collectively wait an hour for sandwiches, fish and lasagna. People were so upset that some sent their food back entirely. I wanted to send mine back as well as they’d clearly split my lasagna in two giving me only the two top layers and tried to hide it by excessively sprinkling Alfa Alfa on top. My friends fish came with the thinnest sauce that was so watered down it just wouldn’t stick to the actual fish. When i desperately pleaded with the waitress for bread she said that my bread order would put such as strain on the kitchen that we’d never get food basically.nnI will say that the dinner sitting was much better as well as breakfast. Great!nnWifi in the room came and went, but mostly, it went together with the new tv which just wouldn’t stream anything ofc. Only through painful 45 min troubleshooting with someone from the front desk I guess with different cables, the tv finally worked but not as intended.

If you want to get away close to the city, and have a great view of the sea, it is really nice. However, they are renovating and that is not really seen on the homepage easily. You do not go to watch tv, but if you want that is the smallest a have seen ever and they only have one mirror, why not a small second outside of the bathroom? They just changed the menu w days ago, and you can tell. Almost 50 minutes to get the starter, no bread or treat to set things off. And the starters should be better balanced in size, pork scallop is good size, deer is way too small. The selections are plenty, but not coherent, thet still need some adjustments. The duck was really well composed, but the kingfish was missing balance. A shame for it shows promise. However, credit to the waitress, she listened and took notice of the feedback. I do hope that they can adjust, because it has such potential. A few minor changes and this would be a great getaway for the weekend.

Grate souna and spa!nNot nice dinning room! It was verey dark!!! The food is so simple and unusually extensive! If you book a spa hotel package you will receive a menu that is very complicated, three of the main courses is available if you pay maybe double price of a same dish in other restaurants!!!nRecommended Spa but not the package at all!
