It is a place where you can rest both your body and mind. The outdoor swimming pool is incredible, and I particularly enjoyed the salt sauna. The room was small but cozy, and all the meals were delicious, especially the dinner. The staff was nice and friendly. Fantastic location!
Our overall experience at the spa was pleasant until the check-out process, which unfortunately fell short of expectations. Given the premium package we booked, including an overnight stay, one anticipates a level of service characterized by professionalism and friendliness from the staff. However, the manner in which we were handled during check-out was exceedingly poor.nnOn the morning of our departure, we decided to enjoy some time on the terrace reading a book. It came to our attention, albeit belatedly, that access to the spa was available until 11 a.m. Time slipped away, and suddenly it was 3 p.m. At this point, one of the most unpleasant encounters I have ever experienced occurred when a staff member approached us, informing us that a family member had been trying to reach us urgently at the reception. It turned out that the family member had fallen seriously ill.nnInstead of displaying empathy or understanding, this staff member and her colleagues proceeded to shadow us, even guarding the emergency exit as if we were criminals attempting to flee. It was utterly absurd to feel so unwelcome and obstructed after investing a considerable sum for a pleasant stay. Their intrusive behavior extended to following us into the restroom, which is incomprehensible in a service-oriented industry.nnUpon check-out at the reception, we were charged an additional fee for our delayed departure, which, while understandable, was marred by the manner in which the staff handled the situation. I have no intention of subjecting myself to such unwelcoming treatment again, and I cannot recommend this establishment until they rectify their staff conduct and learn to treat hotel guests with respect and dignity. This experience was deeply disappointing and far below acceptable standards.
My trip to Yasuragi in Stockholm was a bit of a rollercoaster. There were the several of pools to choose from, which was cool. But it was crowded, even on weekdays, and finding a quiet spot .nnThe food at the restaurant was tasty, though, and the service was good despite the chaos.nnOverall, Yasuragi has some nice stuff, but it's not the most relaxing place because of the crowds. Still worth a visit, but maybe not during peak times if you're looking for peace and quiet.
Amazing weekend gateway. Staff are nice, they always greet us and very helpful, food tastes like Michelin, and the pool is nice. Just that there are a guy who are bringing phone to the forbidden area on the outdoor spa. We are happy nnAs a guy from Japan before, the only thing is the Onsen not hot enough usually we do at 45-50 degree but it is still probably good for Swedish people :nnWould be coming back
A spa with a view! Definitely the selling point to me. I also liked their steam sauna a lot. Food was very well prepared, but not really to my taste types of spices etc. Nice surroundings for a walk. But yeah, the terrace with that fenomneal view was my favourite spot here.nSpa was overall clean and fresh, with lots of choices.nThe one negative I can share is that one female staffer was very rude during our business evening bbq at the terrace.nMaybe also a mention about the rooms. Our room was very small, but I know there are also bigger rooms. A plus was that our room had a great view. Small negative was that it was very warm.
