Best Western Plus Park City Hammarby Sjöstad

The hotel was ok but the hotel WiFi was very slow. The breakfast was brilliant and the air con in the rooms too. Just some little details needs improvement maybe WiFi is the detail to do some improvement. The shower was kind of weird because the water leaks of the it! That design is kind of weird.

Great hotel for skiing as just a short 5 minute walk to Hammarbybacken.nnWe had a lovely family room overlooking the slopes. Well serviced and equipped.nnHandy tram stop 2 minutes away, as well as burger max and a pizza and sushi place.nnBreakfast was good for me, but less so for fussy British kids We survived though.

The hotel was good. Room had enough space it was clean and cozy. The staff is nice. For parking you can park in a hotel garage for extra fee or in the street but its also a parking fee at day time. All in all would recommend this place.

I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately my experience was far from acceptable.nFirst of all, my personal invoices were given to another guest without my permission. This is a serious breach of privacy, and absolutely unacceptable for a hotel chain like Best Western.nnOn top of that, the hotel provided incorrect information about my reservations. All reservations were made under my name, through different platforms, and I also used my own personal discounts. Despite this, the hotel gave another guest the impression that all bookings were under his name, which created unnecessary confusion and stress.nnIf the hotel had carefully checked the reservation details, none of this would have happened. I expect much better professionalism and data protection from an international brand.nnI hope management takes this seriously so no other guest experiences something similar.
