I booked a 15-day stay at this property totaling approximately $2,000 USD. Due to unexpected circumstances, I was unable to travel. I called the hotel directly on the day of my scheduled arrival, well before the official check-in time, to formally cancel. The staff member I spoke with was understanding and assured me that the reservations team would follow up with me regarding a fair, partial deduction.Instead, the hotel went completely silent and chose to enforce the maximum penalty. They retained the full $2,000 USD for all 15 days. By notifying them before check-in even began, I gave them 14 full days of advance notice to re-book the room to other guests.Charging 100% of a multi-week booking under these circumstances—and failing to follow up as promised—shows a complete lack of business ethics and customer care. I am incredibly disappointed by this rigid, zero-leniency approach. I strongly caution anyone against booking an extended stay at this property.

The pictures shown do not reflect the actual apartment. The sofa bed was crooked, and my son developed back pain from sleeping on it. There was no broom or dustpan, so we could not clean the apartment. There was also no wardrobe in the bedroom, which meant we had to live out of our suitcase, as there was nowhere to store our clothes.nnOur room number was 905. Based on this experience, I would not choose this place again.nnOn a positive note, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast was good. However, it would be better if the plastic containers were not sticky with marmalade. Each time you take something out, you have to wash your sticky hands before you can eat.

Nice apartment-hotel, very clean room, good blackout curtains, but all the time there was a sound of air conditionerI suppose and at night that sound disturbed few times. But somehow we had nice sleep - the pillows, blankets and bed were very nice. We ordered a breakfast too, by our surprise it was packed so we could have it in our room- comfortable- and the food was nice too!Really loved the granola and yogurt!

It was a nice and clean room. Basic but everything you need! A good location for exploring by foot, tram, or public transport.

the highlight of this accomodation definitely is the location and price, as well as a rather large room ...nnROOMS -1 --> view at the opposing parking lot + not the most comfy pillows + the the biggest bednnSERVICE -1 --> cleaning service only once per week, which means that you have to drop by at the reception to ask for new towels basically every day ... breakfast distributed in the form of bags, would not recommend, as there are two supermarkets nearby
