Very good value for money, incredibly clean, comfortable bed. My room was absolutely quiet. By public transportation it's 25 min to the city centre 2 stops on tram 30, which runs very often, then metro for a couple of stops. Located in a very new clean, safe neighbourhood, 4 min to Lidl, Coop and a the good burger restaurant MAX which is open till midnight. 4 min to a river walk with benches. By bicycle it's 30 min to the center on bike paths and bike lanes, but with quite some climbs.

My two close friends and I shared a room with a double deb and fold out couch. Still very spacious for 3 people, with all the facilities you could want - kitchen utensils, pan, pot, full bathroom.nnLight did get in through the curtains in our room on the 6th floor, which can be bothersome with the sun rising early in Stockholm.nnLocation is good with supermarkets and a gym very nearby. However it does take about 45 minutes to get into the city on public transport. Or the walk is about 1h 10m. I preferred the scenery of the walk.nnOverall, a great stay for a few nights with very friendly staff. I never went to the restaurant on the ground floor, however, it seemed to be very busy and full of energy.

I have been stayed here for almost 7 weeks.nFor people who is looking for long stay, I believe this the best choice in the city with private room, and affordable price.nnAdvantage:n- Location not that far by the metro to the city centre, 25 min approximately from Luma station.n- Near to many restaurants, cafe, bakery and 2 supermarket by walking for 2 min.n- cleaning and change towel once a week.n- safe and secure.n- even the smallest room has enough space.n- comfortable bednnDisadvantagen- noisy between roomn- the cover of the bed is too small for one person.n- some times I can smell food from other rooms.n- in the summer, sometimes really hard to sleep without a real AC, the reception can only adjust for the AC for all the hotel.nnBut overall is really good choice, for big family, friends, business trip for long stay, budget travels.

I have stayed at Biz Apartments several times, mainly in Gärdet, but also tried this location. In general, both could use better maintenance — I’ve encountered broken kitchen furniture, faulty lamps/bulbs, and issues with the large windows. That said, the team is always friendly and willing to help. Overall, it’s still good value for money with quite reasonable rates.

We had two rooms for 4 nights, 2 people per room. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, with more than enough space for two people. The small kitchen area allows you to easily prepare breakfast we use to have it together, the four of us, in one single room but also a simple lunch or dinner. Walking distance from two underground stations 15/20 minutes walk, but be aware with stairs and up/down hill and from overground transport 5 minutes easy walk along the street. Walking distance to supermarkets coop and lidl and multiple cafes, shops and restaurants. If you do not want to commute to the city centre, you can find nice locations for a walk close to the sea and good places to have lunch or dinner.
