Zinkensdamm Hotell & Vandrarhem

Everything seemed fine at first: the location was great, the hotel looked respectable, and our room was even big enough, although here you have to buy bedsheets and towels separately, the bed looked clean. But on the second night my husband woke up because he felt bites. He is allergic to insect bites and soon the bites were swollen and very painful to touch. It appeared the bed had mites in it! We found mite excrements on the pillows. It's awful, we will never come here again.

Needed a place to stay for one night as I was attending a concert nearby. Location was great and the staff very polite and helpful. I was surprised to find out that I need to pay additionally for bed linens and towel, when booking through Agoda it was not mentioned anywhere that is additionally paid attached picture. Unfortunately the room looked worse than in the pictures, cold and somehow managed to find little rocks under my pillow. If you're looking for a cheap place I would recommend, I would've booked some more expensive one if I knew.

This hotel is an ideal, calm, peaceful and refreshing accommodation and refuge. Our 1-week stay here was a highlight of our tourist experience in Scandinavia. The location was very convenient for access to public transit, with quick connection to all other areas of Stockholm. We enjoyed daily walks in the surrounding parks and beautiful green spaces, especially the large areas dedicated to allotment gardens. Hotel staff were well organized and friendly. The breakfast offerings were comprehensive and substantial; we especially appreciated the fresh fruit salad and a homemade granola that was among the best we have encountered anywhere. The hotel and hostel were very busy but handily managed several large groups of students and sports fans, while still maintaining a restful environment. The restaurant menu was small but provided excellent quality at reasonable prices, and catered to folks of all ages. The attached sunny outdoor patio was a comfortable space for enjoying meals and also beverages from the bar.

The rooms got everything you need with pretty average standard, but they are very roomy and bright from the windows which is a bonus.nnThe breakfast has all the standard hotel breakfast options, but are pricey and not worth it if you are not a guest of the hotell.
