The staff is very arrogant, every time we had a problem they would ask for money or tell us they can’t help us with things that are the beare minimum like: cleaning, heating and so on.nnThe breakfast is cheap. You can only eat bread with two option, cheese and salami, and if you are lactose intolerant that’s it. The salami looked cheap so I did n have anything to eat. NOTHINGnnNow they won’t let us leave without paying the whole stay a week when we only stayed one night.nnWe wont be returning nor recommend this place.

Stayed here a few nights to attend a concert at Avicii arena. It’s perfect location for it.nIt’s located near a couple of tram stops and a supermarket is a short walk away.nJust arrived to get the check in otherwise it’s self check in. Staff friendly.nRoom was clean and quiet. Only issue with the room was the mattress was basically a mattress topper. Slept fairly well though,nCheck out was smooth. I’d definitely recommend if staying for an event in the area

Extremely disappointing stay in the “Deluxe Studio.” The listing showed and described a built‑in oven and a dishwasher, plus a larger layout. In reality, there was no dishwasher and only a microwave with a heating element not a proper oven, plus an induction hob.nnWhen I reported the mismatch right after check‑in, the front desk was dismissive and claimed the microwave was an oven. They said the hotel was full and refused any room change, then told me to “speak to another staff member tomorrow.” I had already bought ingredients to cook a New Year’s Eve dinner and could not use the kitchen as advertised.nnMisrepresentation of amenities and unprofessional staff attitude—would not recommend unless the listing is corrected and service standards improve.

The hotel is in a good location for people wanting easy access to restaurants, shops and travel options to the city the ferry boarding area is about a 10 minute walk.nnOver the course of my stay I had various dealings with the reception staff, all of them were very friendly and helpful. I loved the shared balcony area, it's a great sun spot for chilling out. The gym was also a positive, I only went in a few times, but it had everything I needed.nnUnfortunately that was about it for good things. The cleanliness of the room was a big let down. I got to the room to find dirt on the floor, and long hairs all over the place. The mattress topper even had a blood stain on it, I didn't dare to look what the actual mattress was like!nI had to keep asking for the room to be cleaned, at one point in my stay, it went 10 days without a visit from the cleaners. That's a long time when its hot and the air-con doesn't seem to work. When they eventually did show up, it seems like they just replaced the towels and sheets, the floor was still messy and there didn't seem to be a brush anywhere for me to clean it myself.

They denied to take any responsibility nor provide a refund when My Pet Dog had medical emergency, he had vestibular system failure that means he cannot travel, he is vommiting and dizzy, he has to stay in a calm place, this is the reason we could not make it to the accommodation. I have informed the hotel in time, also submitted medical records of my Pet Dog where the Doctor has precisely asked us to cancel our further travel and stay back, this is when I requested for a refund only to get cold shoulder from them. I did not expect this terrible customer service. I would never recommend them. By all means avoid them.
