UNITY Hammarby Sjöstad

Stayed here for a month, and I enjoyed every single day and night. The room is very clean and modern, fully equipped with an oven, electric stove, pans, cutleries, as well as salt and pepper and cleaning equipments. Room clean once a week. Gym is well equipped with both cardio and barbell and dumbbells. Service is also friendly and helpful. Laundry service is 4 euros each for cleaning plus drying.nnTram station is 2 mins walk and supermarkets are about 7-8mins walking distancennOnly criticism I have is that there is not enough ventilation in the room, and it can get a bit dusty after a while and cooking may be difficult. Despite this I still think it worths 5 stars. Definitely recommend this place and I find booking early is a lot cheaper

Good and quiet location close to the city center. Walkable distance to nearby restaurants. Very friendly stuff and easy check in also possibility to check in yourself. Good communication/commute by tram with the rest of the city. Simple and nice breakfast. Hotel room was clean and orderly.

I had an excellent experience with this service. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for the customer. The staff were not only knowledgeable but also friendly and attentive.nnWhat stood out the most was the attention to detail and the willingness to go the extra mile. It’s rare to find a service that combines both high quality and such a positive customer experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliability and outstanding service.

We have been trying to get hold of Unity Hammarby Sjöstad for 6 days now - phone, email, Facebook, instagram, website...to modify our existing booking. We just can not get through on any channel. I have verified all the contact information and have the legitimate details not a scam but will soon have to make other arrangements for accommodation for our stay in Stockholm because it is just bizarre that we can not contact the hotel anymore. Our earlier emails were great - and communication was fine. We were really looking forward to staying at Unity, so I hope someone contacts us soon! Update May 2026 - after phoning 19 times over two days we finally got hold of the reception by phone at Hammett Sjöstad Unity. They have been updating their email / booking system. However, they still have not replied to our earlier email requests to extend our booking. We don’t feel confident at all about our stay and will now look for alternative accommodation with a provider who can better manage to communicate with customers. We will try again next year!

The staff is very arrogant, every time we had a problem they would ask for money or tell us they can’t help us with things that are the beare minimum like: cleaning, heating and so on.nnThe breakfast is cheap. You can only eat bread with two option, cheese and salami, and if you are lactose intolerant that’s it. The salami looked cheap so I did n have anything to eat. NOTHINGnnNow they won’t let us leave without paying the whole stay a week when we only stayed one night.nnWe wont be returning nor recommend this place.
