UNITY Hammarby Sjöstad

I’ve been living at Unity Hammarby for a year and a half now, and it’s truly been a great place to call home. The apartments are compact but really well-designed – everything feels functional, cozy, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s easy to move in and feel settled right away.nnThe building is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The shared amenities like the gym, coworking spaces, and laundry rooms are super convenient, especially for long-term living. The staff have also been lovely – always friendly and quick to help when something comes up.nnThe location in Hammarby is one of my favorite parts – it’s quiet and peaceful, but still close to the city with great public transit and nature all around. It’s a great balance.nnThe only downside I’ve experienced is with the billing system, which could be a bit more organized. There were a few instances where records didn’t seem fully accurate, so a more detailed review process would definitely be helpful. That said, the team has always been responsive when I’ve reached out.nnOverall, I’ve really enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend Unity to anyone looking for a well-designed, comfortable space – whether it’s for a few nights or something more long term.

The rooms are clean and well equipped the best part being that the rooms are quiet.nThe gym is simple but has what you need for a good workout and is 24 hours.nThe co-working is great as it is quiet and has plenty of free pods and meeting rooms which are almost always available and the office is 24 hours.nnThe staff are good and really try to help rather than just going through the motions, plus the location is central enough that transport is fast.nnFor the price it's really good, ticks my boxes.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was great, the rooms were quite stylish, the location is very communicative, but impressively it was quiet inside and outside the hotel. The hotel also provides great spaces for work. I highly recommend the hotel.

Relocated to Stockholm with my work and booked a stay in the UNITY hotel in Hammarby Sjöstad. The place is clean, serviced, well located, has a gym and working space and the staff are friendly and supportive. The hotel offers prices competing with rental accommodation. Especially appreciate the help of Mike from the reception, who helped me find my way in the city. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone for private or business travel - just ask for Mike.

We got welcomed by Mike, at the reception.nHe was very lovely and kind and made us feel like home immediately. The general service at Unity is great together with the co-working space and gym there is nothing we were missing. Booked a room for a business trip once and returned for the second. Always a great experience
