Clarion Hotel Stockholm

Clean rooms and a super nice location easily accessible with public transports. The breakfast has a huge variety of products and the staff is super friendly and helpful.nSpecial thanks to Mimmi and her ginger shots, she made our stay so memorable

I was at the clarion for a conference and had a very bad experience. One of the nights there was some sort of disco at the bar bellow and our entire room floor was bouncing until 2 o’clock past midnight.nnThe rooms look spacious but are badly arranged and the bed was 30 cm from the bathroom door blocking it partially.nnThe breakfast was mediocre at best and the restaurant is extremely noisy- had to put on my noise canceling headphones to manage going through breakfast.nnI do not recommend this place.

The room wasn't very clean, especially the toilet and bathtub. The blowdryer was awfully clogged and didn't smell great. All the pumps for soap, shampoo etc were clogged and slow.nnThe bed was very uncomfortable, especially the 2 pillow options being either huge or tiny with nothing normal sized.nnThe rest of the hotel was great though. Good staff, clean and good breakfast, conference rooms light and airy etc.

Pros:nConvenient location close to a metro stop, good sized room, comfortable bed, complete Rituals toiletries provided, magnifying mirror, gym has all the weight workout machines I normally use, breakfast buffet had a wide choice of items.nnConsnBreakfast ends early - would prefer the closing time extended for another hour.

The hotel is very well located, however what I found unacceptable was to highlight the swimming pool in the description of the hotel and to be at the reception with my family totally disappointed by the fact that we have to pay around 25 euros per person per day to enjoy the swimming pool by explaining that the pool is part of the spa. This should be much better described in the hotel description. This is really misleading advertising.
