Clarion Hotel Stockholm

Location was good, the rooms are comfortable. The reception staff seemed a bit arrogant, and unfriendly, booking the spa was complicated, they just didn’t answer the emails before and when we arrived, they tried to send me to the spa reception to book it, until someone else stepped in and booked it for me with no issues.. The cleaning staff and staff at breakfast were lovely.nThey could be a bit more efficient with cleaning the tables between guests, we cleaned our own table every morning to fit for breakfast as it was busy.nLocation was great, right next to the metro.

We were there with my team in the summer it was a nice stay and the food was good so we were always ready for the games. Im glad that we stayed in this particular hotel and maybe that is why we won silver? But thanks for all the memories we made during the trip!! + sorry if we made noise during the nights becouse we had UFC in our room

I've been here one night and already love it. Literally right outside of Skanstull station. The room, while small, has everything I need. The breakfast is great as is the spa. I highly recommend you request Brenda for a massage as she is really in tune to what your body needs to relax. She is amazing!

The hotel was great, easy location to get around and services as described. We found the “family room” a little small for 3, as it was just a standard double with a cot in the corner. But otherwise very comfortable.nThe ABSOLUTE HIGHLIGHT was MIMMI who greeted us at breakfast each morning and was the kindest brightest light. Truly the hostess with the mostess. She took a corporate hotel experience and made it personal and warm. Clarion at Skanstull is VERY lucky to have her as a member of their team.

The people that work here seem happy. I didn’t encounter one rude person- very rare! The breakfast staff was especially friendly. They welcomed us every morning. The front desk was so accommodating. What a nice way to arrive. The rooms were fine, but the fridge was filled with overpriced snacks when there is a grocery store by the metro. The food at the restaurant wasn’t bad and the drinks were good. The gym needs a major upgrade. Otherwise this would be top.
