Långholmen Hotell Stockholm

Nice quiet location in the green, in a former prison and with a beach, where we could have a swim. The double room was clean, had comfy beds, and had a good shape bathroom. Very friendly staff. We loved the originality of the venue, the tiny museum and sitting in the garden of the restaurant. Plenty of free privat parking spaces available. Within a 10 minutes there were also public transports.nWe would love to come back.

This was a fun hotel to experience. An old prison turned hotel it had a lot of charm.nnThere was a beach nearby, kayaking on the waterways, and a big park nearby.nnKind of far from the center of Stockholm, but still pretty dope since they have a really good train system.

Five stars for exceptional service!nnI recently had to cancel my stay at Långholmen last minute due to unexpected health issues, and I was absolutely blown away by their level of customer service.nAlthough I didn't get to experience their wonderful amenities in person, their gesture of goodwill speaks volumes about their dedication to their guests.nnI will absolutely be booking with them in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place that genuinely cares about its customers.

I loved the jail theme in the hotel. Everything was great quality and the staff were excellent. They even provided us with a takeaway breakfast for our 6am departure.

Located on a small island accessible by vehicle, boat or walking, We liked that the location is away from the busy part of the city. You can walk around the entire island on paths. The hostel rooms are fun. They are set up like a prison cell in the cell block. The beds are comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet can be added for an additional charge. I recommend adding this as the options are vast and you can eat as much as you want. They continue to replenish the options throughout the serving time.
