Really not that service minded, we booked for 3 people and got a 2 bedroom. When we talk to reception we got a 3rd bed placed in the already small room.nnThere were no way to get a bigger room except paying extra.nnThere where not much of service mind or good will.nnNow we can't sitt in the room other in the beds. There is no room for bags,when our daughter will sleep we can't sitt anywhere else then in the bed.nnI can understand that the other rooms where fully booked but this is not very well solved.nIt really ruins a big part of our trip here.nnI really would not recommend anyone to stay here. Unless 2 people then you will be fine.nnOther than that, breakfast was nice and well sorted.nnThere is no parking available you need to park some other location.
The room was tiny and only got cleaned if you asked for it to be so the day beforehand. For the price this should be guaranteed. I could touch each corner of the wet room comprising a shower, toilet and sink with my outstretched hands at the same time demonstrating just how tiny it was. You couldn’t move in there. The bar stopped serving at 10:30 although on all the documentation it said open until 11:00. The bar staff was really rude over it. Location excellent. Over priced. I’ll not return
It's more of a 3 star hotel... Location is great next to subway and tons of restaurants & bars... Daily included breakfast was wonderful with lots of options... My booked room was small as expected since I didn't go for higher priced options... Now, room service needs to be requested in advance, which I 'm ok with; decided to request it once during our stay... We didn't get toilet paper supplied, they provided clean towels but didn't take the 2 day old used ones away, and they didn't refill the shower gel container so I ran out of it on my last morning... I expect more if room cleaning / service is requested.... Other than that, front staff very nice and helpful.
It was just an ok stay, hotel was quite dated. It was a great location, very close to the metro so confident to get around. The rooms and bathroom were just ok. The temperature in the room would not go down even after changing the thermostat to as low as possible which made for a very hot sleep. As it's on a busy street it can be very loud at night. Our room was right across from the elevators which was horrible as the elevator makes a noise every time it goes to the floor and the walls are very thin so you hear everything. The bed even though it was a double bed it was 2 separate mattresses put together which didn't stay in place.nI do not recommend eating breakfast at the hotel, it wasn't that good, suggest going elsewhere to eat.
The room was clean and comfortable but quite basic. Perfectly adequate for a working week away on business. The breakfast was excellent and one of the things that will make me book again when I return. The gym is tiny but well equipped. The hotel should consider opening earlier than 0600 though for those of us that need to get on.
