Citybox Stockholm

I first got a room that had a huge chain on the mattress quite disgusting, and when I went to the host office to ask if I could possibly change the room I got really friendly service and was able to change to a new, clean room. It was very clean everywhere at the hotel and the location is great.nnI also worked remotely from the hotel in the afternoon after the checkout, there's a good space for that in the lobby.nnThe fact that you can get an automatic upgrade as a member of Citybox is a lovely, additional plus.nnI already recommended Citybox to my colleagues and sister, would recommend to everyone.

It was nice and quiet in the windowless room. I was a bit confused as I didn't understand that I need to go down to the 2nd floor and the lift didn't move as I had press up. Some cups or glasses in the room would have been great. As well as better lamp next to mirror on the room side for make up. Quickest check in and check out ever. Just loving it!

great stay! We really enjoyed and leveraged on the shared/communal spaces that were perfect for dining, meetings and chilling. Appreciate the hopeful staff who kindly gave us new towel and a kettle. Room was sufficiently big and well kept. Loved the soft pillows and duvets. Only down side was that this hotel was almost entirely underground & rooms had no windows. Self Check in was ok. Location was wonderful, the Metro was right across the street. There is also a free viewpoint on top of the building near the entrance take the metro lift!

Ideal location with a very calm environment. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Regarding the room, it was the first time I stayed in a room without windows, and I have to say that the combination with the extra-comfortable mattress improved our sleeping experience to the highest level. I strongly recommend this property to future travelers

Good location but not good when there is construction in front of the hotel. Nice inside, new but no TV and most rooms no window depends on your requirements. But i would say this location with this price is not too bad as long as you dont mind no window and tv and narrow ally to the hotel.
