Citybox Stockholm

A great value! Although the hotel was affordable, it never felt like the business cut corners or like the experience was low quality. The room was comfortable and the amenities were accessible, plentiful, and clean. We appreciated the ease of check in and check out, and were so pleased that we were able to store our luggage in a luggage room before and after check out. Whenever we interacted with staff, they were extremely pleasant, helpful, and kind. We traveled with our infant daughter and had no issues at all.nnThe location is great - easily accessible by bus and train, as well as walkable to many popular destinations. Lots of restaurants close by. The rooftop bar is fun as well! Highly recommend for an affordable yet quality stay.

This CityBox is right downtown. We had a room with no windows. Same comfortable bed. Floors are very hard--no carpet at all. Very quiet. Location was terrific despite a lot of construction outside, which was true of Stockholm generally. Best thing was a wonderful host, and the second best was the 12th floor restaurants/bars shared with other buildings from which you could see the harbor below. We had a wonderful glass of wine and appetizer our last night.

We have been in different citybox and always love the concept : common space, washing machine, fridges to put your good.nnI was a bit septical about a room without a window but it was really nice an cosy !nnTha hotel location in Stockholm is perfect and they staff is really helpful and friendly.nnWe can't wait tot come back.nnPS: the coffee machine in the laundry room made my day

Check in process was ok, location very good, but the room without windows, which is moreover pitch black until you put your keycard in the card slot, really takes a lot of getting used to. Also, everything looked really new but a bit cold and clearly designed for minimal maintenance.nnWhat was really not ok was a horrible noise at 7 am on 12 June as if a helicopter was just above my head several times, and then afterwards hammering noises, clearly works ongoing next to room 408.

Great location, very clean place. The rooms are small but functional. The common kitchenette is helpful. The support staff was fantastic. The only downside to the property was the access to the main entrance; we had to walk a bit through gravel with our luggage to get to it as taxi doesn’t drop off right at the main entrance. Other than that, it was a great stay!
